Choosing two pilot businesses

A free pilot, measured over 90 days.

I'm choosing two businesses for a free automation pilot. It's how I build my first case studies, and a low-risk way for you to see what automation can do for your business.

How it works

  1. We pick one project together on a discovery call: usually one automation, or a one-off data project like cleaning up and merging your customer lists.
  2. We write down a baseline before I start: how long it takes today, how often it runs, what it costs, and what slips through the cracks. That's what lets us show the return in dollars at the end.
  3. I do the work at no charge, in accounts you own.
  4. You cover your own tool and API costs. During the build, API spending stays under a cap we agree on up front.
  5. We measure the results against the baseline for 90 days.
  6. At day 90, you choose: continue with a Support plan, or take a clean handoff with documentation. Either way, you keep what I built. (A data project simply wraps up when it's done.)

Who it's a good fit for

  • A repetitive process with a real cost in time or money, like hours per week spent on it or leads that slip away, and big enough that saving it will matter
  • An owner or manager who will stay involved for the 90 days
  • Low-risk data to start with, so no medical or financial records
  • Willingness to be a case study: public with numbers, or anonymized if you'd rather not be named

I'll pick the two best fits from the businesses I talk with, not the first two to ask. If yours isn't one of them, we can still talk about a regular project.

What I get out of it

A real result I can show the next business, with your permission. That's why the pilot is free, and why I only have room for two.

Tell me about it on a free 30-minute call. You'll leave with a clear sense of what's worth automating, whether or not we work together.
