Website analytics

This site uses PostHog to measure things like page views, referrer sources, device type, and approximate location, so I can see how the site is used and improve it. It's not used for advertising, and I don't try to identify individual visitors. PostHog sets a cookie to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block or clear it without losing access to anything here.

Booking a call

The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by Cal.com. When you book, you give your name, email, company, and role, plus your answers to a few questions about your business. Cal.com stores that booking and sends it to my calendar. I use it only to prepare for our call and follow up with you. Calls run on Cal Video in your browser.

With your permission, I take AI-assisted notes during calls so I can focus on the conversation. No bot joins the call, and I use the notes only for our work together.

Email

If you write to me, I keep your message and my replies so I can follow up. I don't add you to a mailing list or share your address.

Client work

Data I handle while building automations for a client is governed by our agreement, not by this page.

Who processes data for this site

PostHog (analytics), Cal.com (booking and video calls), Fastmail (email), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data on my behalf under its own privacy policy. I don't sell personal information.
