When you can't pick up, an AI receptionist does. It answers your calls, takes the details you ask for, tells you which calls matter, and books appointments right on your calendar. An email receptionist can do the same for your inbox. It isn't an out-of-the-box agent. We build yours around your business, from the phone number to the receptionist itself, and run it for you, for one flat monthly price.

An AI receptionist for phone and email
Phone
Answers when you can't, any hour, and greets callers the way you want them greeted. It answers common questions from your information, like your hours, your services, and where you are, and takes a message. It can also book appointments on your calendar while the caller is still on the line, capture the details you choose, like an address or an order number, and send the calls you decide need your attention to your phone right away. If it doesn't know something, it takes a message and lets you answer.
Email
Answers new inquiries right away and copies you, so you can pick up the conversation from the same thread. It pulls out the details you ask for, like an order number or the product they want, and asks the sender for anything that's missing. It can sort each email by what it's about and how much it matters, using categories you choose, like a question, a message, or a lead, and the emails you decide need your attention can go to your phone.
How it works
We build it for your business
You tell us what matters, like your hours, your services, which details to capture, and which calls need your attention. We build a receptionist around that, custom to your business, and set up the phone number.
You try it first
Call it yourself before any customer does, and tell us what to change. You decide what it says and what it stays away from, and we adjust until it works the way you want.
You forward your calls
It works with cell phones, business lines, and almost any phone system. Callers still dial your number, and the receptionist's number stays private. Turn forwarding off whenever you like and you're back to normal.
You always know what happened
After each call
You get an email with a summary and any details you asked it to collect, like a name, a number, or what they need, if the caller gave them.
Right away
The calls you decide need your attention can reach your phone the moment the call ends.
Your portal
Sign in any time to see your calls, your usage, and the full transcript of each call. Transcripts are kept for 90 days; the call itself stays in your log.
Every call at a glance, with a summary you can read in seconds.Open any call for the details and the full transcript.
One price a month
Minutes, hosting, monitoring, and support are included. Plans start at $249 a month, plus applicable tax.
If a missed call is a $300 job, two extra jobs a month more than cover a Standard plan.
Essentials
Every call answered, summarized, and logged, with the details emailed to you. 200 minutes included.
Recommended
Standard
Adds booking appointments, phone alerts, double the minutes, and the details you choose, like an address or an order number.
Plus
Adds a connection to your customer records, custom workflow steps, an email receptionist, and priority support, with 1,000 minutes.
The email receptionist answers email the same way.
Something more custom?
Past the receptionist, I build automations for the repetitive work: sorting leads, reading documents, moving data between systems. The usual path is a free discovery call, one build, and then a monthly plan to keep it running.
It's an AI receptionist for your business phone, and an email receptionist if you want one. It answers when you can't, takes the details you ask for, and tells you which calls need your attention. Plans and prices.
It sounds like a polite, quick receptionist, and callers can ask it questions the way they would anyone. You choose from several voices, with different genders and accents. Call the demo line and judge for yourself.
What happens if it can't help the caller?
It takes a message with their name, number, and what they need, and emails it to you. It won't guess or make up an answer.
What does it replace?
Nothing you have. It's a backup for the calls you miss. You can also use its number as your main line.
Is my data safe?
Your data is yours. Every plan includes a client portal where you can see each call and its transcript. Transcripts are kept for 90 days. We run your automations on infrastructure we manage, set up separately for each client, and we only ask for the access to your systems that a given job needs. Before we build anything, we decide together what data the automation can see and which AI services it may send it to. We don't use your data to train anything. The AI model providers we use say they don't train on data sent through their business APIs. That's different from the free and personal chat apps, which use conversations for training by default unless you opt out. If your team uses those today, that's worth a look. For anything sensitive, a person reviews the output before it goes anywhere.
How does pricing work?
The AI receptionist has published prices on its pricing page. Custom work is priced differently: a build fee plus a monthly plan.
First, a one-time fee to build, quoted up front for a defined scope once we've looked at the process together. Then a monthly plan that covers everything it takes to run: hosting, the AI services it uses, monitoring, support, and fixes when something your automation depends on changes. Most automations span several services, like an automation platform, an AI model, and a phone line. We combine all of it, support included, into one predictable monthly price, so there are no vendor accounts or bills of your own to manage.
Plans differ by what your automation does and how much it handles. Volume is priced by the work the automation does, like minutes of calls answered, documents processed, or leads handled. If you need more volume but not more features, you add capacity instead of moving up a plan, and if a busy month runs over, the extra is billed per unit. We review your plan every quarter and move it up or down, so you're not paying for capacity you don't use. Changes you ask for later, like a different voice or a new feature, are quoted when you ask, unless your plan includes time for them. New automations, audits, one-off data projects, and training are quoted as their own projects.
